Responsibilities

- Product Knowledge: Learn our product lines inside and out to provide expert recommendations and answer questions confidently.
- Sales Execution: Drive sales targets by effectively communicating product value and closing deals on the floor.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor that aligns with company standards.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries, process returns, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members and assist with store operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
