Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers to the store with a positive and professional attitude.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Willingness to learn new concepts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate a register.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
