- Greet and Engage: Welcome customers warmly as they enter the store and initiate conversations to understand their needs.

- Customer Service: Assist customers with finding items, processing transactions efficiently at the register, and resolving any issues with a smile.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to achieve daily sales goals and support fellow staff members.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services to increase the average transaction value.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- No Experience Required: We are looking for eagerness to learn and a positive attitude. Previous retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of people.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift merchandise (up to 25 lbs), and move around the sales floor.
