Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and matching them with appropriate products
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Support visual merchandising standards to maintain an appealing store environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment activities
- Participate in ongoing product training to stay current with offerings
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new technologies
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability for weekend shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
