Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and sales support
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and manage inventory
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and organized merchandise presentation
- Actively identify and pursue upselling opportunities to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and cleanliness
- Participate in product knowledge training to confidently represent our brand
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficiency in basic technology (POS systems, tablets)

- No retail experience required – we train all new hires
