Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized shopping experiences
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and visual merchandising
- Contribute to store cleanliness and organized presentation of merchandise
- Actively participate in product training sessions to stay updated on inventory and features
- Support team goals by driving sales through upselling and cross-merchandising techniques
- Collaborate with staff to resolve customer inquiries and maintain positive store atmosphere
Qualifications
