As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving store performance in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Learn and demonstrate deep knowledge of our products and services to make recommendations.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and processing returns.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and care.
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required. We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
