Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entering the store.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making recommendations.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business.
Qualifications
- No prior sales or retail experience required; training provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (10+ hours/day).
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable transportation (if applicable) and punctuality.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Enthusiastic and energetic attitude.
