Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, establishing a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and explaining product features and benefits.
- Process transactions efficiently at the register, handling cash, credit, and digital payments accurately.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Upsell products and suggest add-ons to increase the average transaction value.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
