Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and manage returns
- Merchandise products according to visual standards and seasonal campaigns
- Assist in inventory control through stock counts and shipment processing
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Uphold brand standards in store cleanliness and visual presentation
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales workshops
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required - we train our team from scratch!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transactions
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn retail fundamentals
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Boston location
