Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product demonstrations and needs-based recommendations
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system and maintain inventory awareness
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department and store goals
- Participate in ongoing product training to stay current on merchandise and promotions
- Contribute to a positive store environment through visual merchandising and cleanliness standards
- Actively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience and revenue
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Zero retail experience required – we provide all necessary training
- Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and inventory
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability for flexible scheduling
