Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences
- Product knowledge training and demonstration of merchandise
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and checkout processes
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions
- Maintain clean and organized sales floor and fitting rooms
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Contribute to team sales goals through upselling and cross-selling
- Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train all new associates!
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with professional appearance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting (up to 25 lbs)
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
