Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, processing payments and managing returns.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and displays, ensuring the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock is running low.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and secure store environment during the night shift.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily operational goals and targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise up to 25 pounds repeatedly.
