Responsibilities
- Drive sales through consultative selling techniques and product knowledge
- Exceed nightly sales targets with uncapped commission structure
- Deliver exceptional customer service during peak evening hours
- Process transactions accurately and maintain secure cash handling
- Visual merchandising and inventory management overnight
- Collaborate with night shift team to achieve store goals
- Assist in store closing procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong closing skills and product demonstration ability
- Available to work flexible night shift schedule (PM-AM)
- Basic math skills and POS system proficiency
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Valid CA driver's license (if applicable to role)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
