Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entry and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answer any questions regarding features, pricing, and availability.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions, issuing receipts, and handling returns.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or damaged goods to the management team.
- Perform basic cleaning duties, including trash removal and floor maintenance, to uphold high store standards.
- Adhere to all company policies, security procedures, and loss prevention guidelines during the night shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse range of customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Reliable transportation is required.
