Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor during night hours.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean and visually appealing.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and handle cash and credit card payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in preparing daily stock reports.
- Assist in store security procedures and closing the store safely.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively recommend items to customers.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
