Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store, providing a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and making informed purchase decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register using point-of-sale systems.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing to ensure a high-quality shopping environment.
- Restock shelves and inventory with new merchandise and ensure product displays are up-to-date.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and professionalism.
- Cash handling and accurate drawer balancing at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and ability to operate POS systems.
- Reliable transportation and a professional appearance.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
