Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that meet their requirements, ensuring high sales conversion rates.
- Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service by greeting customers warmly, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints efficiently to ensure a positive shopping journey.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining the visual appearance of the store, including replenishing stock, folding merchandise, and ensuring the sales floor is organized and safe.
- Cash Handling: Accurately process cash, credit, and check transactions at the point of sale while adhering to all company policies and security protocols.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and coordinate with management to ensure product availability.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations and transfer critical customer information.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
