Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Sales & Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash, credit, and gift cards with precision.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves efficiently, and perform regular inventory counts to maintain optimal product availability.
- Store Operations: Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations and information transfer.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM), including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse clientele.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented to ensure accurate cash handling and inventory tracking.
- Integrity: High level of honesty and reliability in handling cash and sensitive information.
