Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist with merchandise organization, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any stock discrepancies or damages to management immediately.
- Answer phone inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work night shifts, typically from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic math skills required for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
