Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers warmly to understand their needs and recommend products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction during the night shift.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using the POS system while maintaining cash handling protocols.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure the store is always visually appealing and ready for the next day.
- Assist in closing procedures, including security checks, lights, and equipment shutdown.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of inventory and operational status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
