Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening hours, assisting with product inquiries and purchases
- Drive sales through product demonstrations, upselling, and personalized recommendations
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and maintain visually appealing displays
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and handle cash/credit payments
- Collaborate with night crew to ensure store readiness for peak morning operations
- Monitor security protocols and report any suspicious activities during shift
- Participate in quarterly sales training and product knowledge workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Proficiency with retail POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Valid California driver's license (preferred for inventory runs)
