Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide knowledgeable assistance to meet their shopping needs.
- Operations: Efficiently process cash, credit, and gift card transactions at the register while maintaining accuracy.
- Visual Merchandising: Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and visually appealing.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts and replenishment orders.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the night shift team to ensure store readiness for the morning rush.
- Loss Prevention: Adhere to security policies and procedures to protect company assets and reduce shrinkage.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Math: Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
