Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours, driving sales through personalized product recommendations
- Execute floor merchandising, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards
- Operate POS systems efficiently, processing transactions and handling cash management
- Collaborate with night shift team to maintain store security and operational excellence
- Host exclusive after-hours events and private shopping experiences
- Manage customer relationship building through CRM utilization and follow-up strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end customer service experience
- Proven ability to achieve/exceed sales targets in premium environments
- Expertise in POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify Retail) and inventory management
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual capabilities preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for DC metro area
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
