Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized assistance
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and upselling relevant products
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute merchandising tasks including stocking, displays, and inventory management
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and organized presentation during night operations
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations and problem resolution
- Meet/exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and relationship building
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays consistently
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
