Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during peak evening hours, driving sales through product knowledge and upselling
- Execute accurate POS transactions, returns, and exchanges while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Perform nightly inventory counts, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising resets
- Operate point-of-sale systems and proprietary retail software with precision
- Collaborate with overnight crew to maintain store security and operational standards
- Process daily shipments, organize backroom inventory, and maintain cleanliness protocols
- Support digital integration initiatives including online order fulfillment and social media engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience with proven track record in customer satisfaction
- Expertise in POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify) and inventory management software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to thrive in autonomous night-shift environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience handling high-volume transactions
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
