- Monitor store security and report any irregularities during night operations
- Collaborate with overnight staff to ensure seamless store operations and cleanliness
- Actively participate in sales initiatives to meet and exceed nightly targets
- Train on new products and company policies to maintain service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (typically 4 PM - 1 AM)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
