Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge to maximize sales conversions
- Operate POS systems efficiently, process transactions, and manage cash handling procedures
- Stock, organize, and maintain visually appealing store displays and merchandise
- Execute inventory counts, restocking operations, and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with night shift team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Assist in training new associates and maintaining team performance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS technology
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
