Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Exceed sales targets through product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment in overnight operations
- Operate POS systems and process transactions efficiently
- Collaborate with night crew to maintain store presentation standards
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Contribute to store security and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work flexible night shift schedules including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Florida driver's license (for inventory logistics)
- Spanish bilingual preferred (Miami market requirement)
