Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during overnight hours, ensuring prompt assistance with product inquiries and purchases
- Exceed sales targets through product knowledge upselling and strategic merchandising
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accurate transaction records
- Execute inventory management tasks including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
- Maintain visual standards through plan-o-gram compliance and store cleanliness
- Collaborate with overnight staff to create a seamless customer experience
- Participate in training programs to develop product expertise and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during overnight shifts
- Basic proficiency with retail technology and POS systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred for supply runs
