Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to maximize sales and satisfaction
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Manage inventory and maintain store appearance during night shifts
- Meet/exceed sales targets through upselling and product knowledge
- Operate cash registers and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Collaborate with night shift team to achieve store goals
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (PM to AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
