- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Manage inventory through stock replenishment, markdowns, and cycle counting
- Operate visual merchandising standards to maintain store aesthetics and product displays
- Collaborate with night crew to ensure store readiness for daily operations
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Contribute to a safe and compliant work environment through adherence to policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology (POS systems)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid California driver's license (if required for logistics duties)
