Responsibilities
- Drive sales through exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and upselling techniques
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining security protocols and cash handling standards
- Execute merchandising strategies including stock replenishment, visual displays, and inventory management
- Collaborate with night crew to ensure store readiness for peak daytime operations
- Operate POS systems, handle returns, and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism
- Contribute to store cleanliness, safety compliance, and loss prevention measures
- Participate in training programs to develop product expertise and sales skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience with proven track record in meeting targets

- Availability for consistent night shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM)
