Responsibilities
- Drive sales through product demonstrations and personalized customer consultations
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accurate transaction records
- Manage inventory and ensure pristine store presentation during night shifts
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with day-shift staff for seamless store operations and handovers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Participate in after-hours merchandising and visual merchandising projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience with proven track record
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (typically 6 PM - 2 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail technology
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
- Valid work authorization for the United States
