Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle returns/exchanges efficiently.
- Organize and restock merchandise to maintain an appealing store layout throughout the night.
- Monitor store security and safety protocols to prevent theft and ensure a secure environment.
- Collaborate with the day shift management team to ensure seamless operations and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation is required.
