Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers warmly, actively listening to their needs to provide personalized service.
- Sales Execution: Demonstrate products and services effectively, explaining features and benefits to drive conversions and meet sales targets.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and store management to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring displays are updated and merchandise is well-stocked.
- Relationship Building: Build lasting relationships with clients through follow-up communications and exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
