- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory management and stock rotation
- Actively participate in product training to maintain comprehensive knowledge
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (for occasional off-site events)
