Responsibilities
- Provide personalized luxury shopping experiences to high-net-worth clientele
- Drive sales through product knowledge upselling and relationship building
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain brand prestige
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily/monthly sales targets
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation
- Attend product training to maintain expertise on new collections
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong aptitude for sales metrics and goal achievement
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with retail technology (POS, inventory systems)
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
- Associate degree or equivalent in business/fashion preferred
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly valued
