Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly to create a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Build lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Upsell products and services to maximize revenue and enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with technology and POS systems is a plus.
