Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct outbound prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate new leads.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and prospects.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to address client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales collateral and strategies.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize conversion rates.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (entry-level candidates with strong attitude considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven ability to overcome objections.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for performance-based bonuses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
