Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet sales targets.
- Customer Experience: provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Merchandising: maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to attract and retain customers.
- Upselling: identify opportunities to increase the average transaction value through effective cross-selling techniques.
- Team Collaboration: work closely with team members to achieve store goals and support store management operations.
- Follow-up: build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
