Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and gift cards.
- Recommend products and services to meet customer needs and increase sales revenue.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through follow-up calls and personalized service.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory accuracy.
