Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and explain product features.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately at the point of sale.
- Organize merchandise displays and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Upsell products and services to increase average transaction value.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and POS (Point of Sale) software.
