Responsibilities
- Greet and Engage: Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers and identifying their needs to recommend the best products.
- Drive Sales: Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and merchandise displays.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Inventory Control: Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and merchandise processing.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
