- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all product features, promotions, and inventory to provide accurate information.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with company standards.
- Transaction Processing: Process sales quickly and accurately at the point of sale (POS) system while minimizing wait times.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members and assist with inventory management as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills and comfort with technology/POS systems.
- Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise up to 25 lbs.
