Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide tailored product recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Sales Performance: Proactively drive sales by educating customers on product features and closing transactions efficiently.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor; restock inventory and ensure displays are current.
- Operational Excellence: Process sales accurately at the register and handle returns or exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent the brand professionally, ensuring the store environment reflects our high standards of quality and service.
Qualifications
