Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Demonstrate and sell products effectively, utilizing product knowledge to answer customer inquiries.
- Process transactions quickly and accurately at the point of sale (POS).
- Organize and maintain the sales floor to ensure products are displayed attractively and inventory is stocked.
- Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle returns and exchanges while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
