Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to determine their needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Assist in organizing the sales floor to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
