Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by actively engaging customers and identifying their specific needs.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the point of sale (POS).
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Keep the sales floor organized, visually appealing, and fully stocked.
- Provide expert product knowledge and handle customer inquiries with confidence and professionalism.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems are a plus.
