Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and needs assessment
- Drive sales achievement through upselling, cross-selling, and meeting/exceeding KPIs
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain attractive store displays and inventory organization
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and inventory management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Participate in product knowledge training to effectively communicate features and benefits
- Contribute to a positive team culture through proactive communication and support
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse customer bases
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic math aptitude
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for multi-store coverage
